Stephan has more than 20 years of senior-level experience leading large-scale industry
transformation. He most recently served as Chief Digital Officer at Handelsbanken, a role he held for nine years.

Prior to Handelsbanken, Stephan spent ten years at Ericsson, where he held role including Director of Strategic Marketing and Networked Society Evangelist.
Before joining Ericsson, Stephan was Senior Executive Vice President of Strategy and Sales Coordination at T-Systems in Germany, Deutsche Telekom’s ICT services provider. He also held several leadership roles within Deutsche Telekom, spanning sales, strategy and business development, and served as Executive Assistant to the CEO.

Stephan holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and RWTH Aachen, Germany. He has completed executive education programs at London Business School, Boston University, ESMT Berlin, and Kellogg School of Management.

Dr. Gemma Vall Llosera is a principal quantum engineer in the product line blockchain and quantum. 

She joined Ericsson in 2010 and has done research in optical x-haul networks, specifically error fingerprinting of xDSL networks, analogue radio-over-fibre links, passive optical network architecture and supervision, as well as silicon photonics for fronthaul networks. She has served as a technology advisor in the Ericsson incubator and driven large scale inhouse and EU funded projects. In the past 6 years, she has worked with translating a business problem into a data science problem, data engineering, and within the field of quantum networking and communications.

Bianca has 10 years of experience working with data, with a background in statistics and economics. She has worked across consumer research, media, and analytics, with a focus on using data-driven methods to assess business impact and ROI.

Today, she works at H&M as an Interim Analytics Director within the Data & AI Office, where she focuses on scaling analytics best practices and ways of working across the organization.

Outside of work, she tends to deep-dive into niche topics and is always happy to share advice on everything from rare plants to color season analysis.

Patrick started in tech back in the -90s when the economy was new and the .com boom was booming.

For 5 years, he doubled up as IBM Sweden’s Spokesperson for AI, spreading the merits and risks with digital technologies such as AI.

Jonathan is leading the Nordic expansion at GitGuardian. He is doing this by helping complex organisations with a global footprint, such as Nokia and AstraZeneca, and improving their risk posture by reducing risk of internal- and external Secret Sprawl.

Jonathan will give the perspective of how the organisations that work with GitGuardian are reducing their risk exposure, not only in code but extended to other Data Sources where sensitive credentials might be located. He will also expand on the topic with focus on Supply Chain attacks and how it can be prevented.

As a certified expert, he specializes in Security Services Edge (SSE), part of the Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) framework that forms the core of a modern security architecture. He also has extensive experience applying Zero Trust principles. 

As Consultant Solutions Engineer across Netskope Europe, Andy advises customers and partners, though he has also been involved in solution implementation throughout his career.

With a strong background in process development with AI and Lean Six Sigma, he advocates for a structured, measurable, and data-driven approach to process and organisational improvement projects. Peter was appointed CIO 2024 with both a groupwide responsibility as well as leading the Digital & Technology organization within ICA Sverige. Prior to this Peter led the Strategy & Transformation unit of ICA Sverige from 2019. Peter joined ICA Gruppen in 2016 as Chief Digital Officer. One of the projects developed under Muld’s leadership is the recently launched innovation hub, ICAx, which aims to strengthen the group's ability to use digital technology to improve its customer offerings.
